LED Wall Installation for Bowling Green University's Virtual Spring Break.
This LED Video wall was installed by an outside vendor when purchased. Due to technical issues, inaccessibility and difficulty of updating content, I stepped in to manage the project. This included working with all stakeholders, obtaining quotes from vendors and overseeing cable runs. I also worked with other departments to update the content management system. Additionally I created documentation and specifications for event producers to work with content creators for future installations.
